1. Westgate Park Development – advising on Strategic Development and Transportation issues in taking forward proposals for an International Business Park to the point of recommended approval of Planning Permission by Cardiff County Council;
2. Mindsets European Funding Bid – advising and assisting with a European funding and transportation initiative relating to a unique approach to Transportation issues in a major developing City;
3. Radyr Golf Club Project – advising on Development and Transportation issues around future opportunities;
